En un encuentro del CEM sobré Déficit habitacional en CABA Barroetaveña presentó un proyecto de Ley de Vivienda junto al Ministro Ferraresi y las diputadas Paula Penacca y Maria Rosa Muiños.
Se realizó el Conversatorio Metropolitano del Centro de Estudios Metropolitanos (CEM) “Déficit habitacional y políticas públicas en CABA”. Del evento participaron Jorge Ferraresi, ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación, la diputada nacional Paula Penacca, María Rosa Muiños, legisladora de la Ciudad y Matías Barroetaveña legislador de la Ciudad y director del CEM.
Durante la charla se trabajó la problemática habitacional en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y las políticas públicas en materia de vivienda del Gobierno de la Ciudad. Además, se presentó el proyecto de Ley de Vivienda y Hábitat que tiene como autor a Matías Barroetaveña.
“Estoy convencido de que esta discusión que tenemos con respecto al uso del suelo y las formas en que las ciudades vienen creciendo, que en la CABA es imprescindible por sus características geográficas, no tiene un límite. Hoy tenemos 15 millones de habitantes junto con el conurbano en una misma metrópolis y puede terminar teniendo 20 millones dentro de pocos años. ¿Cómo se revierte? Tenemos que tener políticas de uso del suelo, tenemos que tener una planificación territorial y tenemos que tener también un modelo federal de desarrollo”, dijo Matías Barroetaveña en la apertura de la charla.
“Si tenemos en cuenta que crecemos un 10% cada 10 años, vamos a tener en los próximos 20 años 600 mil habitantes más. Tenemos que definir si la Ciudad de Buenos Aires sigue expulsando y parte de esos 600 mil se irán al primer o segundo cordón o se incorporan a un desarrollo urbano que tenga que ver con la Ciudad”, expresó el ministro Ferraresi y remarcó: “Desde Nación estamos generando un cambio de paradigma que tiene que ver con una inversión muy fuerte. Vamos a construir en estos 3 años 265 mil viviendas y a partir del año 2024 una matriz económica que nos permita construir 75 mil viviendas por año”.
Por su parte, Paula Penacca aseguró que “el déficit habitacional en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires es cada vez más profundo. Nos perjudica a todos y todas. Quienes alquilan, quienes no pueden concretar el sueño de la casa propia.” Para finalizar, María Rosa Muiños remarco: “Desde Nación estamos generando un cambio de paradigma que tiene que ver con una inversión muy fuerte. Vamos a construir en estos 3 años 265 mil viviendas y a partir del año 2024 una matriz económica que nos permita construir 75 mil viviendas por año”.
